(1)Staff shall fulfill obligations, observe superiors’ instructions and shall not have any violative conduct or neglect of duty.
(2)Staff shall not carry out any business similar to the Company’s and related to the occupation, or hold any concurrent post of any other manufacturer.
(3)The whole staff shall hone individual working skills from time to time to perfect performance and improve work efficiency.
(4)Staff shall not disclose any business secret or job secret, or conduct corruption and fraud under the guise of authority, accept entertainment or swindle in the name of the Company.
